All Deliveries to the UK Mainland are free of charge

We exclusively deliver to the UK from suppliers based in the UK. This enables us to provide speedy delivery times, although these times may vary depending on your location, the physical size of your order, and the delivery method employed by the supplier. Most products are typically delivered within 2 to 5 days. However, certain items may take longer, and you can find more precise delivery times on the delivery tab of the selected product on Olympus Tubs.

Shipping Times

Shipping times vary based on the product, and you can find the estimated delivery dates displayed on each product page. You'll also find extra details about delivery on the 'Delivery' tab of each product page. While we usually see packages reaching their happy new owners between 3 to 5 business days, sometimes it can take longer for larger or bespoke items. This depends on the carrier and your location, so we appreciate your patience! Please bear in mind, these delivery times are estimates and can occasionally vary due to unforeseen circumstances.

Order Confirmation

As soon as you've placed your order, you'll get a confirmation email from us. This means we've got your order in our system and reserved the payment.

Right after that, we'll double check our inventory to make sure your items are good to go. If something's back-ordered or unavailable, no worries - we'll cancel the payment reservation and contact you to discuss the next steps.

If all your items are available (typically within 2 business days), we'll process the payment and release your order for dispatch. The dispatch team will then contact you to arrange a convenient time and date to receive your order.
